Located in Berlin's vibrant Charlottenburg, La Salumeria Berlinese has been attracting Berliners since 1985. This Italian delicatessen-turned-restaurant made history as Berlin's first authentic salumeria - a traditional grocery store specializing in fine Italian meats, cheeses and delicatessen products.

In 2013, Tullio founded a modern winery in Italy, marketing his most successful wines to European wine lovers and professionals. During this time, Tullio collaborated with the Slow Food association and gave courses for beginners and advanced students from different countries. In addition to his teaching activities, Tullio cooperated as a wine expert with Gambero Rosso , the most influential wine magazine in Italy.

A few years later, Giuseppe "Pino" Puglisi, the founder of La Salumeria, invited Tullio to become the restaurant's manager and head sommelier.

Under the leadership of Tullio and the commitment of his team, La Salumeria Berlinese is now one of the most famous and popular Italian restaurants in Berlin
