Shipping conditions

The cost of the order depends on the courier service's rates and the volume of the order.

Shipping is carried out by DHL (Deutsche Post AG). The goods leave the warehouse five days a week; Saturdays and Sundays are generally not shipped. For larger deliveries (120 bottles or more), the ordered goods may be delivered by freight forwarders.

International shipments

For shipping abroad, a separate shipping fee is charged. We ship wines to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus. To other EU countries, delivery costs are agreed upon with the courier service's rates.

Pay conveniently

Purchase on account

You can order on account. You receive your ordered goods and pay conveniently by bank transfer within 14 days. The invoice will be sent by email and, if the delivery address is the same as the billing address, will also be included in the package. The payment information is on the invoice itself.

Credit cards

You can pay conveniently and without risk by credit card. When you submit your order in the web shop, the total amount of the order is initially reserved on your credit card. The actual debit of the amount takes place shortly before the goods are dispatched. If you select a preferred delivery date, the debit takes place shortly after receipt of the order. We accept: MASTERCARD and VISA.

SEPA direct debit

During the ordering process, you give us your bank details and authorize us to debit the money. You will be informed by email of the exact date of the debit. By clicking on the "Buy Now" button, the customer agrees to issue the necessary mandate and to ensure that the account has sufficient funds when the payment is due. The prenotification period is shortened to one day. The debit will be made two days after the goods are dispatched.

PayPal

Orders via our web shop can also be paid for easily and securely via PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data during checkout and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open an account directly with PayPal and then make your purchase. The total amount of the order will be reserved on your PayPal account when the order is completed. The actual debit of the amount takes place shortly before the goods are dispatched. If you select a preferred delivery date, the debit takes place shortly after the order is received. If you order by phone, you will receive an email with the payment information and a link to the PayPal payment page during the ordering process.

Advance payment

For first orders, open invoices and depending on creditworthiness, we reserve the right to reject certain payment methods and only deliver against advance payment. After completing your order, you will receive information about payment in your order confirmation (amount, account number, purpose of payment). We reserve the ordered goods for you for one week. Please pay the invoice amount within this time. Otherwise, your reserved goods will be released again.

Miscellaneous

If the delivery address is different, depending on the purchase amount, open invoices and creditworthiness, we reserve the right to reject individual payment methods.

We are entitled to initially offset payments against outstanding and due claims.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The General Consumer Arbitration Board (from January 1, 2020: the Universal Arbitration Board) of the Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de, is responsible.

Prices

All prices are gross individual prices. The prices include the legally applicable VAT, which is shown separately on the invoice. The prices at the time of your order apply. All previous prices are therefore invalid. You can find out the duration of our limited-time offers where they are shown in the shop. Despite careful stocking, it can happen that a promotional item sells out faster than expected. We therefore do not give a delivery guarantee. The following applies: Only while stocks last.

The basis for calculating the purchase price of the goods is the stated gross price (price including VAT at the respective statutory rate) per unit of goods and the number of units of goods.
