Confirmation of receipt of the order will follow immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation by email within five working days. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

This is a purchase contract which is accepted by Salumeria da Pino Puglisi GmbH in the form of a shipping email or confirmation fax or by sending the goods in response to the buyer's offer by placing the order.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. You can also view the general terms and conditions here at any time. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet. A contract can only be concluded in German.

Youth Protection Act

In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, we only deliver alcoholic beverages to people aged 18 and over. Our packaging is marked with a note stating that no delivery will be made to people under the age of 18. In addition, if there is the slightest doubt, the deliverers are obliged to have the person's age confirmed by showing their ID card.
